  • 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
  • ¾ cup white self raising flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup reduced fat milk
  • ½ cup canola oil



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, grease or line muffin pans
  2. Place flours, sugar and cocoa into a medium bowl, stir to combine, make a well in the centre
  3. Whisk egg, milk and oil in a jug, pour into flour mix, gently combine
  4. Place in muffin pans and bake for 20-25 minutes.
