Healthway grants to serve up healthier sporting clubs

Applications are now open for the 2019 Healthy Sporting Club Program!
Healthway is offering up to $4,000 in funding to Western Australian community sporting clubs, with club run canteens or kiosks, competing in a recognised winter 2019 sporting competition.
The 2019 Food Policy Index Progress update was released 2 April and continues to call for further investment in children’s health and school canteens. WASCA is committed to working in partnership with schools, other like-minded organisations as well as other states and territories to advocate for healthy food environments in schools.
