Event Details

It is essential to understand the financial situation in the canteen at all times to maintain a viable business. During the Canteen Finances training, you will learn all about identifying overheads, menu costing, portion control, record keeping and stock management.
You will also have the opportunity to network with other schools in the area. Afternoon tea will be provided and all attendees will receive a certificate and templates.
